1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
All Pro Chemical & Cleaning Supplies (All Pro) is located at Sandgate, NSW. All Pro will ship orders via Couriers Please within Australia. Delivery times and costs will depend on your location and the nature of the products ordered. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

2. Dangerous Goods Handling
Certain chemical cleaning products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) and require special handling and transportation. These shipments comply with Australian regulations, and additional charges may apply for hazardous material handling.

  • Special Packaging: Dangerous goods are packaged in accordance with safety guidelines to ensure secure transport.
  • Delivery Restrictions: Some products cannot be shipped to certain regions due to hazardous material restrictions.
  • Extended Delivery Time: Dangerous goods may take longer to deliver due to safety compliance requirements. 

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Additional fees may apply for bulk orders, dangerous goods handling, or special delivery requests.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

  • Metro areas: 2-5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5-10 business days
  • Remote areas: Up to 14 business days

All Pro is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our customer service team.


Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • return authorisation request must be submitted before sending any items back.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

2. Dangerous Goods Return Policy
Due to safety regulations, dangerous goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If a return is necessary, you must:

  • Contact us to arrange an approved return process.
  • Follow all safety guidelines for repackaging and transport.

3. Refund Processing & Fees
Refunds will be processed once returned goods are inspected and approved. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

For dangerous goods refunds, a restocking fee of 20% of the product value will apply to cover handling and compliance costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

5. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind on chemical products or dangerous goods due to safety regulations.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
